For this class you will meet Chef Pino at the school at 4:00 PM. In class you will prepare, from scratch, 6 pastries or desserts, using only seasonal ingredients and fresh products. Chef Pino will guide you through the recipes and show you some of the great tips he has learned along his 10 years of experience as Pastry chef in France, Italy, and the USA. You might prepare desserts such as creme brulee, Molten chocolate cake, or soufflé au Grand Marnier, but also some madeleine or poached pears with red wine and spices. After the class you can eat it all or you can choose to take it home with you (except for the creme brulee) to share with the people you love. The location for the class is a private studio just 5 minutes from Sacre Coeur. The studio has a lounge area where you can sit and relax before class, have a drink of water, wine, or coffee. The space is functional, but comfortable and is meant to feel homey. The class is available Monday and Thursday and usually ends around 7:00 PM.
