You will meet Chef Eric at the school at 6:00 PM where you will have around 2.5 hours of quality cooking time. This is definitely a hands-on class where you will prepare a three course meal. Enjoy dining together around 8:30 PM, while you savor your dinner accompanied with three different wines to taste. After dinner and before dessert there will also be a cheese tasting of 5 different cheeses. Class usually ends around 10:00 PM and is available Wednesday and Friday.
