This very special walking tour is for people who are already familiar with the "traditional" Paris, for the curious and passionate of the unmapped. It starts on Ile de la Cite, crosses to Ile St Louis and finishes in the Marais District. Here are a few examples of the very "unusual" spots that you will discover: A romantic park where the French Kins were cursed, a garden in a hospital, tombstones to keep your feet dry, Romeo and Juliette in Paris, a false medieval house, Royal Reward for a Love teacher, the convent where "God was boiled", the massacre of the Queen's Lover, a synagogue in Art Nouveau, a resting place for old stones; the home shared by the two mistresses of the Sun King... and so much more!!
This is a private tour and can depart any day. Maximum participation is eight persons. Private groups of one to eight are possible. Price is total for the group and includes the services of a professional, certified guide bilingual French/English. The tour duration is three hours and does not include any entrance fees or transportation. The guide will provide a historical narrative, site information, stories, and anecdotal information as the tour progresses.
Please note shipping fees are not applicable to this item only and a prepaid voucher for the service will be emailed to you within 2 to 3 business days after your order is placed.
