Festival des Jardins: Each year, the Chaumont-sur-Loire chateau hosts the international garden festival where landscapers from all over the world design and create gardens based on a new theme. For the 17th annual festival this year, the theme of shared or community gardens inspired by those found in urban areas, will be brought to life in 26 gardens on the chateau's grounds. Goya Exhibition – Lille . Francisco Goya's imaginative Caprice series (1799) is comprised of 80 etchings through which the artist explores the human soul. Using the themes of social satire, romantic, and witchcraft, fantasy takes over giving these prints a universal and timeless language.
