Chef Eric FRAUDEAU is your host and instructor in all programs available. Chef Fraudeau has more than 20 years experience and has worked under Joel Robuchon and Alain Ducasse. Chef Fraudeau has also worked in 4 star hotels in Mexico , Canada , and the USA. He speaks bilingual French and English and conducts all classes in English.
Cooking programs are fun and casual, an ambiance meant to give simplicity and joy to cooking! All programs are hands on, and include all materials necessary.
