Fingerprinting?
In February, the Wall St Journal reported that the European Union is considering a new law requiring foreign visitors to any country in the union to submit to fingerprinting prior to entering a member country.
Another measure under consideration is for Americans to
complete an information form with proof of ticket purchase,
their travel plans, and other personal information.
