Thanks to our customers for their feedback! We do get recommendations for how to improve trips as well and we do listen. Each year, we review comments and in the offseason we are always looking to make the tours better. If that means changing a hotel that has begun to deteriorate, or changing the routes because of new road construction; we listen and try to get better and better!

Travel has so many components that something can go wrong, but it is important that all of our clients know that we will do everything possible to make it right and avoid problems, or when they arise, to rectify them as soon as possible.
