Day 1 :   Arrival in Toulouse

You will arrive in Toulouse from there it’s only a short distance to Albi Where you will be staying for the night. Albi is the town where stage 11 of The tour will depart so you will already be right where you need to be for day 2.

Day 2 :   Departure Village Albi

The first one of three, at the start of stage 11 you will have access to the Departure Village. Here you can do a lot of things, first you can see the departure of the caravan and visit the food and entertainment stands of a lot of sponsors. The highlight of de departure village however is the Team Paddock where you can find all the team buses and all the riders.

Day 3 :   The First big Climbs

After staying the night in Toulouse, you can go watch the stage along the way. We suggest you go watch the race on one of the climbs preferably the Col de Peyresourde, there you will see all the famous riders at their best fighting this climb.

Day 4 :   VIP Izoard Pau

On day 4 its time for your first VIP finish you will have access to a special stand were foods and drinks will be offered. Here you can watch the entire stage on a big screen or from the elevated stand. Since this is a time-trail you can just stay on the stand and watch as one pro after the other just passes by.

Day 5 :   Col du Tourmalet

On the day of stage 14 the Tour takes the riders from Tarbes to the top of the Tourmalet. With the finish on the top of this famous climb this stage is one for the climbers. We suggest the slopes of the Tourmalet as a perfect spot to watch this.

Day 6 :   Castles and sweat

After yesterdays Col du Tourmalet the riders will tackle four other climbs today with the finish at Prat d’Albis a 21-km with an average of 6,9%. In anticipation of the riders you can go check out the castle of de Foix. Your home base for the following days will be Nîmes.

Day 7 :   Rest day for the riders but not for you

After two days of intense climbing the riders have earned their rest day. Since you are already there we suggest you go and discover the beautiful city of Nimes. Perhaps you can find some excellent spots to go watch tomorrows stage.

Day 8 :   Izoard Nimes

Stage 16 is a loop around Nimes. For this stage you will again be able to access the special VIP stand right at the finish line. Where you can follow the stage live on screen. We do suggest you make sure you are on the front row for the arrival for today’s stage might just end in a group sprint.

Day 9 :   Departure village Pont du Gard

Today’s stage keeps up with the antique theme for it takes the riders trough the Rhone Valley with the theatre in Orange. You will be granted access to the Departure Village just like in Albi you will be able to visit the Team Paddock as well as the stage where the riders pass to sign up for today’s stage.

Day 10 :   Three Alpine Giants

After the Pyrenes today it is time for the Alps. The riders will have to conquer three climbs today. These climbs are the Col de Vars, Col d’Izoard and the Col du Galibier. We suggest to go and watch on either the Izoard or the Galivier of you can be sure that on either of these climbs the will be attacks.

Day 11 :   The highest road in Europe

Day two of the Alps takes the riders over the Col de l’Iseran among others this Col is with its 2 770 meters the highest road passage of Europe and has been concord just 18 times before in the tour. We also suggest to go watch today’s stage on this climb for it is placed perfect for a strategic attack by one of the leaders.

Day 12 :   Departure village Albertville

Stage 20 brings a first to the Tour for the first time in Tour history there will have been three finishes above 2 000 meters. On this stage we should be getting an interesting race with great final on the slopes of the Val Thorens. On this last mountain stage you will be granted access one last time to the departing village. Last chance to meet your heroes at the team bus. A train will take you out of the alps to the city of light.

Day 13 :   Izoard on the Champs-Elysees

Today is the day the whole peloton has been looking forward to for the entire Tour, Paris.On this mystical stage you will have access one last time to our VIP stand giving you the best place on the Champs. The stand will not be right at the finish but will be placed a little further along the road where you can still see the finish perfectly, but you will right next to the buses.

Day 14 :   Departure day

After good night’s sleep and a nice breakfast it’s time to say goodbye to Paris and the Tour de France.
