Day 1 :   Arrival at Avignon and installation

Meet at the Avignon TGV train station in the beginning of the afternoon. Your guide will bring you to your hotel at Bédoin at the foot of the famous Mont Ventoux. Your guide will fit your bike according to your morphology so you can bike in the best possible conditions for the days to come. You will have a short briefing to explain the organization of the next few days. Dine together and get to know the other cycling fans.

Day 2 :   Attack Mont Ventoux

Distance 1 : 39 Miles - 63 Km 
Elevation gain 1 : 2000 Meters 

It’s your battle, attack the Mont Ventoux! You will start with a warm up in the Provencal vineyards that surround Bédoin and then start climbing the legendary Mont Ventoux. A memorable moment for any cycling enthusiast! Descend down to Malaucène to loop back to Bédoin. Then there is a short transfer in van to the next stop. You’re getting closer to the Alpes!

Day 3 :   Col du Lautaret, Galibier and the passage of the Tour de France

Distance 1 : 37 Miles - 60 Km 
Elevation gain 1 : 1930 Meters 

It is unthinkable to come to the Alpes without confronting the mythical king of the mountains: Lautaret and Galibier! So of course that is today’s program. Transfer by van to Freney d’Oisans to climb these 2 famous mountain passes. The first climb up Lauteret has an easier grade before getting into the heart of the subject – Galibier. Awesome, among the best! What a great spot to witness the Tour de France racers battle it out! By van you will join your hotel in the heart of the Alpes.

Day 4 :   Col de l’Iseran

Distance 1 : 28 Miles - 45 Km 
Elevation gain 1 : 1750 Meters 

Today is an important day for the Tour de France 2019. You will be in the heat of the action! You will join Bramans for a short warm up before arriving at Lanslebourg at the foot of the famous col de l’Iseran. You will climb this legendary pass before the racers to reach 2764 meters in altitude. You are well situated to live an incredible moment of the Tour de France.

Day 5 :   Departure at Albertville

Distance 1 : 22 Miles - 35 Km 
Elevation gain 1 : 1158 Meters 

You have already witnessed live twice the Tour de France. Now it’s time to do something remarkable with the Tour de France, from the starting line! You will have the privilege to ride the first kilometers of the stage race as a VIP in front of the peloton. You will ride the first 30 kilometers to the Col de Méraillet and then watch the racers in action. Your guide will then take you back to Grenoble at the end of the day.
