Day 1 :   Arrival in Lyon & transfer to Annecy

Meeting at the airport or at Lyon train station in the mid-afternoon. Your guides will take you to your hotel located in Annecy in the heart of the Alps where you can settle.

During these 3 days in Annecy, take the time to visit Annecy which is also called "the Venice of the Alps", with its small streets, its canals and its magnificent lake.

A boat trip on Annecy Lake will be organized for you to explore the area.

Your guides will adjust your bikes to your morphology so that you will be in the best possible conditions for the days to come. A short briefing will follow which to find out more about the organization of these few days.

During this time, the riders of the Tour de France will be on the first Individual Time Trial from Changé to Laval where the already established positions will perhaps be questioned.

We will end this day with a friendly dinner, the opportunity to share our memories of the Tour.

Day 2 :   Discovering the Massif des Bauges

Option 1 : 32 Miles - 51 Km  Option 2 : 41 Miles - 66 Km  Option 3 : 81 Miles - 130 Km
Elevation gain 1 : 820 Meters  Elevation gain 2 : 1260 Meters  Elevation gain 3 : 2970 Meters

For this day, you will ride in the Massif des Bauges, a superb natural setting where small roads and passes wind between Lake Annecy and Lac du Bourget.

Today, the long option will do the whole stage of the 2013 Tour passing by the Leschaux pass, the Semnoz pass, the descent to Aix les Bains and then the return to Lake Annecy. The only difference will be the arrival at Semnoz for the stage. In 2013, this stage of the Tour de France saw the Colombian climber Nairo Quintana win the race as best climber and best young rider, but also saw Froome confirm his role as Tour leader and win his first Tour de France the following day.

The medium option will take the first and last part of the 2013 Tour stage with the Col de Leschaux, the climb to Semnoz and the descent to Lake Annecy.

The short option will climb the Col de Leschaux and then descend to the lake.

For the Tour riders, it will be a sprinter stage with a flat profile between Tours and Chateauroux, will the green ogre Peter Sagan be part of it? It's up to you to make predictions while enjoying your evening in Annecy.

Day 3 :   Plateau des Glières, Col de la Colombière and Grand Bornand

Option 1 : 12 Miles - 20 Km  Option 2 : 40 Miles - 65 Km  Option 3 : 68 Miles - 110 Km
Elevation gain 1 : 650 Meters  Elevation gain 2 : 2000 Meters  Elevation gain 3 : 3400 Meters

Today, you will ride on the roads of the 2018 and 2020 Tour de France via the Plateau des Glières and then you will take the road of the 2021 Tour a few days before the pros, from Bonneville to Grand Bornand via the Col de la Colombière.

The medium option will start from Glières and the short option will start at the bottom of the Col de la Colombière until the finish in Grand Bornand. The Col de la Colombière has been climbed about 20 times by the Tour de France, as in 2018 when French world champion Julian Alaphilippe shone at the top and at the finish in Le Grand Bornand.

A transfer by van will be organized for the return trip to Annecy.

The riders of the 2021 Tour will be on the longest stage of the Tour with its 248km and a final spiced up by the new and selective Signal of Uchon.

Take advantage of your last evening in Annecy to stroll through the narrow streets and along the lake.

Day 4 :   Col des Aravis, Col des Saisies, Cormet de Roselend and Bourg St Maurice

Option 1 : 21 Miles - 33 Km  Option 2 : 47 Miles - 75 Km  Option 3 : 78 Miles - 125 Km
Elevation gain 1 : 540 Meters  Elevation gain 2 : 2200 Meters  Elevation gain 3 : 3500 Meters

A magnificent alpine ride awaits you today with the successive climb of 4 beautiful passes: Aravis, Saisies, Pré and Cormet de Roselend.

For the long option, you start from Annecy to climb this succession of passes, at the end of the ride you will be on the road of the Tour and you will be able to feel the effort that the pro riders produce during the ascent of these great passes.

The medium option will start from Notre Dame de Bellecombe where the Col des Saisies, the Col du Pré and the Cormet de Roselend will be waiting for you.

The short option will allow you to do the last part of the itinerary with the Col du Pré and the Cormet de Roselend up to Bourg Saint Maurice where you will stay for the next 2 nights.

The Col du Pré will be climbed by the Tour's riders for the second time after 2018, before attacking the Cormet de Roselend which is better known to the peloton with a dozen climbs since the beginning of the Tour de France.

Take advantage of your evening to watch the day's Tour de France on TV from the comfort of your hotel where the riders will arrive at Le Grand Bornand for the first climbers stage tailored for. Watch the end of the stage and see the routes you explored on your bike yesterday.

Day 5 :   VIP access to Tignes: Live a Tour de France VIP arrival

In the morning, for the most motivated, a small ride will be organized to climb the Col du Petit St Bernard climbed 4 times by the riders of the Tour de France.

Live the atmosphere of the Tour de France in an exclusive VIP area.

After a good lunch, your guides will drive you by van to Tignes to enjoy the passage of the riders in the alpine city.
