Our Pyrenees adventure and the 2026 Tour de France route begin at 1 pm at the meeting point, Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (TLS). Here, we’ll welcome the group before transferring to our hotel in the heart of the Pyrenees region. Nestled amidst stunning landscapes, the area offers the perfect base for exploring the legendary mountain passes of the Tour.

After a brief orientation and bike fitting, take some time to discover the surroundings on foot or enjoy a short ride on nearby scenic routes. In the evening, we’ll gather for a convivial dinner, where we’ll toast the start of this exceptional cycling experience and set the tone for the adventures to come.

Today promises an unforgettable cycling adventure as you set off from Loudenvielle to conquer some of the Pyrenees’ most iconic climbs. The day begins with the ascent of the Col de Peyresourde, a legendary Tour de France pass offering steady gradients and sweeping views over the valley. After reaching the summit, you’ll continue toward the wild and spectacular Port de Balès, a challenging and remote climb that rewards your effort with panoramic vistas across rugged mountain terrain.

From there, you’ll descend into Bagnères-de-Luchon, a historic spa town nestled deep in the Pyrenean mountains, before beginning your return journey. The route leads back up the Peyresourde from the opposite side, giving you the rare opportunity to experience this famous climb from both directions in a single day.

After this epic loop—marked by rolling roads, iconic cols, and breathtaking scenery—you’ll return to Loudenvielle to relax, unwind, and enjoy a well-earned evening, sharing the day’s achievements with your fellow riders.

Today, you’ll have the chance to enjoy the Tour de France experience from a unique perspective. Optional add-on: You can cycle back to the hotel and ride over the Col d’Aspin.

VIP ACCESS DEPARTURE VILLAGE

On-site, you can follow the preparations and the excitement leading up to the start, thanks to giant screens broadcasting live images, interviews, and real-time commentary. You'll have the opportunity to watch the riders prepare for the day’s stage, witness the team presentations and their riders - a key moment when they sign the start sheet before heading off into the race.

Feel free to step outside the start village to witness the grand departure of the publicity caravan.

The Start Village is also the stage for various activities: explore the Tour de France sponsors' stands, participate in contests/lotteries, collect exclusive goodies and taste regional specialties offered at the stands. The atmosphere is lively with musical performances, demonstrations, and occasionally cultural exhibitions highlighting the region hosting the stage.

This VIP access immerses you in the heart of the action from the very start of the day, offering you an unforgettable and exclusive experience, up close with the riders and the legendary atmosphere of the Tour de France.

On Tour Immersion Day, you’ll live the Tour de France from the inside with an exceptional DDay Podium experience. Your adventure begins by riding the mythical Col du Tourmalet from Sainte-Marie-de-Campan, one of the most iconic and storied climbs in cycling. After conquering its legendary slopes, you’ll continue your ride all the way to Gavarnie–Gèdre, where you’ll have the unforgettable opportunity to cross the official Tour de France finish line just hours before the pros.

At the finish, you’ll step onto the official Tour podium for a professional photo session—just like the champions.

Then, you’ll head to the VIP Izoard area, where you’ll enjoy premium access and the best views as the world’s greatest cyclists race toward the same finish line you conquered earlier in the day.

PODIUM-DAY - CROSS THE FINISH LINE

Meeting at the starting point and preparation

We’ll meet in the morning near the Tour route at an easily accessible parking area where you can leave your vehicle, located about 30 km from the finish of the day’s stage. We’ll enjoy a breakfast of pastries and coffee to introduce ourselves to our team and explain the day’s program in detail. We will then adjust the bikes to your body type to ensure you're in the best possible condition.

Experience the stage!

Set off to cover the last 30 to 40 kilometers that separate you from the finish of the stage! Our bike guide will be by your side to accompany and advise you throughout the day, while our van guide will stay at the back of the group, allowing everyone to ride at their own pace and call on assistance if needed.

Crossing the finish line

Realize your wildest dreams and cross the finish line as a Tour de France rider! Like the peloton, you’ll enjoy closed roads for the occasion and have an official car escorting you as you pass the finish line of the day’s stage, cheered on by the crowd already gathered along the roads. Feel free to take photos at the finish line to capture this exceptional moment.

You will then have the incredible privilege of standing on the official Tour de France podium, allowing you to keep a memorable souvenir of this unforgettable day.

Passing of the pro riders

You’ll have time to gather your thoughts while waiting for the peloton of the Tour de France to pass by.

Our guides will have prepared an authentic and delicious picnic close to the finish.

You’ll be right next to the race and can imagine what the riders are experiencing at that moment. At the end of the day, you’ll return to the starting point by bike or van, depending on available routes.

IZOARD VIP ARRIVAL AREA

Immerse yourself in the heart of the action in a premium and high-end setting, perfect for cycling enthusiasts.

From its early afternoon opening, enjoy its exceptional location to witness the final decisive moments of the stage, often where the race is won or lost. Whether from the top of the bus or under sun umbrellas, you can closely follow the race on the giant screen or live, all while freely moving around to enjoy petits fours or a glass of rosé. Take advantage of this VIP area, away from the crowds, without missing a second of the race.

As the riders cross the finish line, celebrate this unique moment with a glass of champagne in hand, surrounded by fans from all over the world! Enjoy the race in a relaxed atmosphere, refreshed and far from the hustle and bustle. On this day, you’ll dive into a full Pyrenean cycling experience, combining spectacular mountain scenery with the spirit of the Tour de France. After a short van transfer from Argelès-Gazost to the starting point, you’ll set off on a stunning loop through some of the region’s most iconic climbs.

Your ride begins with the ascent of the Col du Soulor, offering sweeping views over the valleys and surrounding peaks, before continuing along the legendary balcony road toward the Col d’Aubisque—a true monument of the Tour. From there, you’ll tackle the beautiful and quieter Col de Spandelles, recently featured in the race and known for its peaceful slopes and dramatic vistas.

A scenic descent brings you back toward Argelès-Gazost, where you can relax and reflect on a remarkable day of riding through the heart of the Pyrenees.

On this day, you’ll set off from Viscos for a spectacular Pyrenean loop featuring one of the most iconic climbs in cycling. The route leads you through Luz-Saint-Sauveur, where the ascent of the legendary Col du Tourmalet begins—an unforgettable challenge that has shaped the history of the Tour de France. After reaching the summit and enjoying its sweeping alpine views, you’ll descend toward Bagnères-de-Bigorre, a classic Pyrenean town nestled at the foot of the mountains.

From there, the loop brings you back through scenic valleys and rolling terrain, offering a perfect blend of effort and enjoyment. After this exhilarating day on the bike, you’ll return to your accommodation to relax and share stories of the climbs and landscapes you’ve conquered.
