In the VIP zones, on the roadside, in the village of departure, you witness both the spectacle and the hidden gestures: a mechanic’s quick glance, a rider’s focused silence, a stranger’s smile offered in your own language or in none at all.

02 July - Arrival in Barcelona

We’ll meet you at BCN airport at 1pm and transfer to our hotel. You are also welcome to meet us at our hotel at 2.30pm.

We’ll go over the activities planned out and hand you your credentials.

The timing of the team presentation has not yet been announced but we will definitely be attending. This will take place in front of the Sagrada Familia.

A group welcome dinner will finish off our day.

03 July - Discover Barcelona

Before the Grand Départ of the Tour de France, enjoy an exceptional day discovering Barcelona while soaking up the excitement of the race. The morning begins with a visit to the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell, Gaudí’s masterpieces offering stunning architecture and panoramic views of the city.

Next, stroll through Ciutadella Park and the El Born district, between green spaces, fountains, and charming streets. For lunch, immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of La Boqueria Market and taste local specialties.

The afternoon is dedicated to Montjuïc Park, with its gardens and breathtaking views over Barcelona and the sea. Throughout the day, the Tour de France atmosphere is palpable: riders are already in the city, scouting the course or heading to their hotel, giving our guests a unique opportunity to catch a glimpse of them and experience the pre-race excitement firsthand.

Discover the colorful world of Antoni Gaudí at Parc Güell, a unique garden where vibrant mosaics, organic curves, and panoramas of Barcelona meet. Stroll along the palm-lined paths, admire the famous lizard in trencadís, and sit on the undulating bench overlooking the city. With this entrance ticket, access the monumental zone and take the time to photograph the columns, stairs, and terraces bathed in Mediterranean light. An ideal moment to combine a walk, architecture, and breathtaking views of the Catalan capital.

04 July - VIP - The 2026 Tour Launches with a Strategic TTT

Here we go! Stage 1 on the 2026 Tour de France starts with a 19km Team Time Trial. While not entirely flat it will be interesting to see if this has any effect on team composition. The team time is measured as of the 5th rider crossing the line so tactical decisions will be made for sure!

We’ll enjoy this first stage from our VIP venue at the Relais Etape. This venue is a sit down lunch with drinks and TV’s and guests who drop by. It is located directly along the course for the best vantange points.

We’ll get together after the stage for a celebratory final dinner!

ACCESS RELAIS ETAPE

Having the best places in the stadium isn’t that what everybody wants? Now you can have the best places along the course. This whole experience gives you a great view on the race and more. You’ll start off with a aperitif at the bar and a seated lunch.

After the lunch it will be time to watch the caravan pass by and then of course the peloton. During the whole stage you will enjoy the coverage by a former pro rider. To end the day you will receive a nice Tour de France gift.

05 July - VIP Access, Departure Village Tarragona

The stage starts in nearby Tarragona. With our accredited vehicles, we’ll be able to park right at the start area. With your credentials, you’ll have access to the “start Village” as well as the rider’s enclosure.

The Start Village is THE place where everyone following the TDF meets up every morning. Nearby is the the Publicity Caravan which is never shown on TV but is almost the biggest draw of the TDF. Depending on its location it is well worth seeing how they get motivated daily.

Every rider most sign in daily and the last opportunity is 5mn to 10mn before the start.

Again, with your credentials, you will be in the thick of things!

Once the race is off, we will organize a transfer back to BCN airport… Your travel plans may call for alternatives, and you may also wish to continue your Tour de France adventure with us in the Pyrenees.

VIP ACCESS DEPARTURE VILLAGE

On-site, you can follow the preparations and the excitement leading up to the start, thanks to giant screens broadcasting live images, interviews, and real-time commentary. You'll have the opportunity to watch the riders prepare for the day’s stage, witness the team presentations and their riders - a key moment when they sign the start sheet before heading off into the race.

Paddock Access (Team Bus): At the start village, pick up another wristband that grants you access to the paddock.

Feel free to step outside the start village to witness the grand departure of the publicity caravan.

The Start Village is also the stage for various activities: explore the Tour de France sponsors' stands, participate in contests/lotteries, collect exclusive goodies and taste regional specialties offered at the stands. The atmosphere is lively with musical performances, demonstrations, and occasionally cultural exhibitions highlighting the region hosting the stage.

VIP access closes after the stage's departure.

This VIP access immerses you in the heart of the action from the very start of the day, offering you an unforgettable and exclusive experience, up close with the riders and the legendary atmosphere of the Tour de France.
