During my ride across Spain, a restaurant owner said to me with a smile:
“You’ll know you’ve arrived… when you see the last olive tree.”
At first, it made me laugh. Then I kept riding… and riding.
Olive trees, nothing but olive trees. As far as the eye can see.
Three hundred kilometers later, I wasn’t so sure there was really an end. 😄
