I spent almost 10 years working as a cook in different countries.
The role of cycling in your life?
Bikes and biking is a big part of my life, it’s my passion! So much that I changed my career to do what I love most.
Your favorite trip?
Bormio, Italy. It’s hard to choose, but you can spend a week there and have a different (always incredible) ride up in the mountains.
A travel anecdote about you?
I’m not going to give away too much, but let’s just say that a good holiday isn’t complete without good food.
Your favorite French region and why?
Everytime I visit another French region, I think it’s my favorite! Each region has its own charm – landscapes, food, traditions, architecture, etc. – and overall, I think they’re all awesome!
A must-try French specialty?
Cheese.
A hidden talent?
I spent almost 10 years working as a cook in different countries, so I guess cooking is my “hidden” talent!

Sharing. This is the most important for me. Going on a journey together is full of shared moments that become good memories.
